Privacy policy
Saha Express is a delivery service in Tangier. This page explains what information we receive when you order, why, and how we protect it, in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
Information we receive
When you order on WhatsApp or by phone, you send us your first name, phone number, neighbourhood and address, and sometimes a photo of your prescription or a note. This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store your orders: the form only prepares a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.
Why we use it
Only to complete your delivery: buy what you asked for, find your address and contact you if needed. We do not use it for advertising and we never sell it.
Who it is shared with
Your prescription is shown to the pharmacist only so the medicine can be dispensed. The rider sees your address and number to deliver. Messages go through WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep this information only as long as needed to complete the delivery and handle any complaint. You can ask us at any time to delete our conversation and your photos.
This website
This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking. It is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these services may receive technical data such as your IP address to show the pages.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Message us on WhatsApp or call us. You can also contact the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority.
